Open top and bottom straps.
Slip brace over foot and up your leg.
Position so central patella (knee cap) hole is over knee cap.
Lock top and bottom straps through D Loop closures and double back over the top to close.
Flex your knee to make sure the hook has gripped strongly enough.
If uncomfortable, open and re-apply.You should feel firm compression and protection.
Do not apply over open wounds or if you have a susceptibility to dermatitis.
Compression to be firm, yet not too tight so as to restrict.
